Roof Repair (Roofing)

After several attempts we actually found a builder who turned up when he said he would to quote for the job, and gave a sensible quote! As we needed work doing on our roof the weather has not been kind! Eventually however it stopped raining!! Wayne called to let us know when the scaffolding would be arriving , and as promised they arrived on time! Wayne then contacted us to let us know when he would be starting the job and he turned up on time as promised! The work has been carried out and both me and my neighbour are very happy with the work done, and after they left you would never know they had been here!
I would certainly recommend Wayne and his team, and should the need arise will have no hesitation in using him again!

Loving the finished job, such a transformation. Extremely helpful guy and happy to leave in home. A little mess left behind outside but hideous weather probably didn't help and nought that would put me off considering for other work.

Wayne and the staff he used were nice friendly guys and we were comfortable leaving them in the house unattended while we were at work.
We now have a nice waterproof roof which has been excessively tested by the recent weather!

Wayne re-decorated our two bedroom retirement flat to help me sell the property and did a very good job for me, he was on time and very helpful, there was no problem with the work at all. I was really very happy with the work and was delighted that I had found Wayne who was very professional.

Wayne and his team did an excellent job and I was particularly impressed with the speed at which demolition and construction work took place meaning we could move into the house on schedule.
They also have an experienced set of tradesmen at their disposal meaning that kitchens, central heating and windows could all be got from one supplier meaning less project management from our side.

I would highly recommend Wayne. He is very competent, professional and reliable builder. Wayne did a fantastic job with my roof and ceiling. Kept me informed and showed me every aspect of the work. He also charged me a very reasonable price and kept to the quote. I would definately use him again.

Overall, Wayne did a good job for me. We had problems at times, but that was mainly because I had to chop and change the job to fit my budget. Wayne worked through this with me. He stripped the house back for a very reasonable price with a good team of hard workers. He did a good job on the building work that followed and we were pleased with the result. We were very pleased with the kitchen where we created a space for the oven in the chimney breast. In a number of cases he dealt with unforseen problems quickly and reasonably.

I am pleased to say I have awarded Wayne Head the job to fit my new kitchen. on looking at feedback that other customers have left Wayne on my builder indicated to me that he was very good at what he did. He was very polite, well mannered very willing to give further advice and above all, the price was right.

Wayne did some general work blocking up a doorway and tidying up my kitchen worktop area and plastering. Wayne has done a great job and I am happy with the work. I did have a few bits I wanted him to tidy up at the end but as soson a sI contacted him he came back to sort out. Very Happy. Charlotte

Wayne seems to be professional. Regarding to tenants the job was done nicely and the problem is fixed for now. The only thing is, that we think the work done was quite expensive but this could be subject to personal opinion so we gave Wayne Positive anyway!
As mention in the invoice the £125,- was for:
Take off poor trim from bath and srape and clean off.
Supply and fit new plastic trim to seal bath to tile join.
For example when we had the new shower fitted (in other place by other contractor) we paid £70,- which included old shower removal, new shower connection and the sealing around it....

Wayne replaced an old asbestos embedded garage roof. Cheapest quote of 4 offered, he remove the old sheeting safely and fitte a new roof with specific requirements. Worked independently and was flexible with the start date. Has been employed by my neighbours for similar work.

He skimmed the hall/landing/stairs in a day with 2 other workers.
They were clean tidy and polite.
On painting I noted some flaws in the skim. Wayne came out promptly and sorted the issue with no grumbles!
