• Central heating not working (Central Heating)

  These can only be described as in quality services in name only. The engineer initally diagnosed the problem as being a part that had been replaced only two months previously on my boiler and when the new part was fitted we still had the same problem. The engineer then told me that it could be a new pump required even though the pumpmwas working then changed his mind to a new thermistor. After leaving my property he knocked back on the door 20 minutes later to say the the problem could be a leak on a hot tap. The engineer then found a leaking pipe behind my kitchen units. The engineer then left my property after having found the issue with no attempt to fix or even tell me what the next steps would be. I did not hear from quality services again until two weeks later whe they were chasing payment, when I questioned what I was paying for given that the service I recieve was beyond appalling given the engineer diagnosing and not even attempting to remedy the problem, I was accused of telling the engineer that I didn't want him to complete the work and I'd do it myself...a conversation that never took place! Once I had raised this complaint I received a call from Dave and was again accused of refusing to pay the invoice, again something I had never said and at this point had not even received an invoice for any work. Quite frankly an unprofessional outfit and would not recommend to anybody

  We find it really disappointing to find the above comments. All we can suggest is that you try us out for yourselves and let our service do the talking for us. We don't feel the need to rise to untruthful comments and the fact that the above person has paid there invoice speaks for itself. We take criticism on board where it's due and use it to improve, the above is unfortunately false and could have had an impact on the employment of our engineer. Great for us that he has worked for us for a number of years and the above goes completely against character. As we are a friendly company we would like to offer anyone who reads this a 10% discount on any electrical, plumbing or heating service.
