Duncan was very professional and provided a great service. we would highly recommend.

Duncan came spot on the agreed time and did the job for me which was to replace some antique kitchen taps (over 40 years old). He and his colleague performed in a difficult space and put their talents and blood (literally) into the task. I will use again.

Hero! Duncan was round within 20 minutes of me posting the ad to help fix a broken pipe in our bathroom. He was polite, precise and fixed the problem very quickly. Recommended!

Tricky job well done

Warning for others: After I posted my job Duncan contacted me very quickly. I advised a change to the job (install new toilet/basin). Duncan turned up the following day, examined works and provided a timeframe to complete. He asked me to email him toilet/basin combi's (which I duly did that day) & would fully quote works via email the same day (he had a notebook in hand scribbling). Upon leaving Duncan shook my hand. I tried contacting Duncan (text/email) regarding works but no response. I should of fully read Duncan's feedback as he has done this to other customers. I am very disappointed in Duncan, why WASTE my time and actually shake my hand!!! Luckily I have been recommended a plumber via a neighbour (a builder). If possible get a local recommendation first. As advised, reliable tradesmen never use recommendation websites they don't have too as they always have work. Oh one last thing he also text me trying to inspect the bathroom at 6am!!!
