Review left on 28 Feb 2024Rating: 5 out of 54" slab for a shedWe contracted Sinaj to lay a new 4mx5m concrete slab for a new shed in our garden. We found Sinaj to be a true professional and a courteous person. He was punctual and easy to deal with. He completed the job to a high standard, as agreed and on time. I would recommend him with a hesitation and we will certainly contract him again in the future.Review from michal_89, Leighton Buzzard michal_89, Leighton Buzzard
Review left on 28 Dec 2023Rating: 1 out of 5Rear extension(Updated on 11 Jan 2024)That’s the scam like many. Don’t be fooled by good reviews! We hired them to finish off extension job after other cowboys. They have started quickly finishing the roof, but haven’t bother to look into plans and check that they should do the warm roof. They did cold roof instead! They laid screed a day before installing the huge sliding doors. This hasn’t set enough and will need to be reinforced soon. Also screed wasn’t laid at the right level so the floor could be flush with openings thresholds as per instructions. Then there was dividing wall which wasn’t erected at the right place and had to be moved.Next there was plastering. Apparently Sinaj’s brother is a plasterer! The plastering job was the worst I have ever seen. Marks from the trowel everywhere, uneven surface at the distance of couple of inches, just horrible! Had to spend months refining, and still looks s#^*! Last but not least they were required to do electrical work. Most of the job was done by Sinaj and to be signed of by electrician later. Sinaj clearly isn’t qualified to do electrical work. Turned out to be a mess that other electrician had to rectify for days. All of the mistakes we have been pointing out apparently were our faults, they always had some kind of excuses and they asked for more money to amend! They probably will have excuses now as well. We had to let them go, but we should earlier! We have lost lots of £ and we might still take legal action when this project ends. Keep away!Answer from tradesperson:
We are very disappointed that our former client has decided to leave a negative feedback on this site after such a long time, We can promise to any potential client that we never walk away from any issue that is arise. We make sure that everything is done properly and according to the building regulations, we’re honest, reliable and professional building company with huge reputation. Ultimately the decision was his, as hi was the architect the designer and builder. the client was running the job so blaming the builder for this is unfair, Everything was agreed with him before we did anything, All our work is Agreed and approved by Building Control. Why would anyone let the builder continue with the work if the first thing they did was wrong, purely because he didn’t want to pay us. that’s the only reason behind it. The client is always right? but in this occasion he has made false accusation. the only site that lost a lot of money is Reform works design ltd. Please do not let this feedback put you off from hiring us in the future. we've been in a building industry for very long time with hundreds of projects across London Herts, Beds and Bucks. as mention above we never had a dispute with a client and a job that wasn't finished to the highest standards. Regards Sina on and on behalf of Reform Works Design Limited.

Review left on 20 Jul 2023Rating: 5 out of 5Brick Extension and Conservatory type structureOnce I was in a position to let my contract the works commenced very quickly afterwards. And basically the works keep going at a steady rate. The builder engaged with me at all times. The extension at the front required quite a tricky roofing arrangement and it was obvious that the works required had been thought through before starting. I am very pleased with the quality of the workmanship delivered and the overall price.Review from ellie_588, Hemel Hempstead ellie_588, Hemel Hempstead

Review left on 20 Jun 2021Rating: 5 out of 5House extension for open plan kitchen/living spaceSina and his team did a fantastic job on our extension, knocking through walls, taking down the conversatory and pushing out our kitchen into one big open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area. They worked continually on the project for just over 12 weeks, were always on time, often working 8am till 4/5pm, sometimes on Saturdays and bank holidays, just to get the job done. They were exceptionally neat and tidy, and extremely considerate of our living conditions. It is easy to discuss ideas with Sina and he has lots of good ideas that just make the space even better, always with minimal expense in mind. He kept to the agreed budget unless we made changes to the build and liaised brilliantly with Building Control. The standard of finish on everything and his care and attention to detail are second to none. I would highly recommend Sina and his team.Review from fiona16056, Dunstable fiona16056, Dunstable

Review left on 10 Jul 2020Rating: 5 out of 5Kitchen extension into utility room. Move w/c.Sina and his team converted my kitchen and utility room as well as installed a w/c. They took care of everything from the structural engineer, to installing the RSJ, roof, veluxes, patio doors, as well as all the plastering, electrics and plumbing and tiling. I would 100% recommend them, and my partner has got them to quote for a much larger extension at her house. They are polite, always turn up on time, clear up, and do lots of smaller extra jobs that come up as the job progressed without any fuss. Sina's quotes are fully detailed so you know exactly how the quote is broken down. I am really pleased to have found an excellent builder and will definitely use him again in future.Review from ryan65105, Luton ryan65105, Luton
