We would be happy to offer to undertake you're works as advertised on my builder.

Decorum Property Maintenance will always show a comprehensive description of work carried out and a full breakdown on all invoices on request.
With my wealth of experience I can high light / diagnose a problem quickly thus reducing the labour cost to the customer.
Rates are per man per hour:
There is a one hour minimum charge per man plus cost, parking,congestion, materials.
Weekday rates Monday - Friday
Standard half-hourly charge £35 (9am – 5pm)
Evening half-hourly charge £45 (5pm – 8pm)
Night half-hourly charge £50 (8pm - 12pm)
Weekends rates
Saturday half-hourly charge £45 (9am – 5pm)
Saturday half-hourly charge £55 (5pm – 8pm)
Saturday night/Sundays and Bank Holidays night half-hourly charge £60 (8pm - 12pm)
All day rates must be specifically agreed to prior to us arriving and beginning the works on site. (Times on site will be recorded in half hour increments as set out above and invoiced accordingly).
Invoices will be e-mailed to you after the job has been completed and you're payment by return (Within 24 hours) into our bank account would be required.
Why should you choose Decorum
1, We attempt to carry as many spare parts on the van as possible so as to minimize the amount of time required to complete the instructed works.
2, We do not use the phone whilst our time is being paid for by another
3, Our experience in all aspects of property maintenance
4, Our work is only estimated, no quotation is supplied. If it takes less time than expected, it costs less for you.
5, Our time is yours for as long as you hire us. Should a further instruction be given this would be quantified and added to the first instruction amount on the final invoice.
6, We listen to what your goals are and help achieved this as smoothly and professional as possible.
Half Hourly charges may work out less expensive, an estimate can be provided if required via pictures supplied by you. Please do try and send pictures via text or e-mail, alternatively we can attend the property at a convenient time at a cost of £30. If the work is awarded us and the amount is over £300, this will be deducted from the final invoice amount.
By seeking contact and short listing us it is understood that you accept to be in agreement and acceptance of the above T & C’s and to be bound by the recorded rate differentials as set out above.

Painter & Decorator, attending college together with serving 4 years on the job experience following which I became time served and qualified. I am widely experienced in the building trade. Roofing, Electrical, General building work, Glazing, Handyman services, Plumbing, Saniflow (Macerator) repairs and replacements, Disposals, Bathroom refitting, Tiling, Painting, decorating. General fault finding.
