Peter was easy to work with and knew exactly what was needed

Peter came out to look at some loose tiles. He did an excellent job repairing the tiles - unfortunately due to a lot of bad weather the cement used in the repair didn't have time to set properly. Peter came back out free of charge and took car of this - he also offered other useful adice. My wife and I are very pleased with the repair job. Very friendly and reliable - I'd be happy to recommend Peter!

Very friendly and helpful with good advice. Punctual and reliable with good communication. Pete replaced some broken tiles and patched the leak. Unfortunately the job has turned out to be bigger than anticipated as the whole felt needs replacing so we will need a specialist roofing company. Would highly recommend though for 'odd jobs' for building maintenance etc.

Pete did an excellent job for us for a good price. Despite our being away on holiday, he organised collecting keys and got the job done very quickly with excellent communications. Recommended, and will use again.

Peter was professional and I felt reassured he would do the job well. He didn't look where he could find 'extra jobs' to try and charge more, he did what was asked and in good time. No problems, no questions. If you want reliable then I suggest Peter Cook. Price was what I expected too.

The most important thing to me when getting some building work done is "do I trust this person" well the answer is yes, wouldn't hesitate in contacting Pete again for any future jobs, and turned out it was cheaper than the original price quoted, enough said. Thanks PRC properties.

Peter was excellent, from first contact through to job completion. He was informative, patient and professional. He answered all of my questions and talked me through in detail about the issues with my roof. He got back to me quickly with a quote, breaking down the cost of materials and labour and also explaining what works he was going to carry out. Peter arrived on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. In addition, he repaired some cracked stone work to prevent further water damage. Peter is an open and honest person, who I highly recommended. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
