I cannot recommend Luke highly enough! He's a true professional - he sorted the shower out and even recommended a very good replacement, which didn't cost the Earth, when it was obvious that it wasn't cost-effective to repair the old one. In addition, when the taps in the bathroom started leaking through to the kitchen ceiling (after my botched attempt at fitting new ones myself), Luke came out and saved the day...on Good Friday!! This was at the expense of his own day off, so I was amazed with his response and the fact that his call out fee and repair cost was very reasonable! If you want a good, reliable plumber, who knows his stuff, is reasonably priced..and is a thoroughly nice bloke too, then this guy is your man. We'll definitely be using him again whenever the need arises! One very satisfied customer here!

Firstly, I must say that Luke was extremely helpful in planning the layout of my bathroom and had some excellent ideas. However, when it came to doing the work I was extremely disappointed. The seal around the bath leaked, the radiator leaked and the sink leaked (Luke did not fit a toilet!). The grout around the tiles had holes in it and there is still tile adhesive visible. Luke did come back to try and recify the problems but they remained defective. I had to employ another plumber to fix the radiator and I resealed and regrouted the tiles myself. Whilst Luke is a very friendly chap, I would not recommend him to anyone.

Luke contacted me quickly, was very helpful on the phone and came as soon as he could to fix my central heating system. He did the job quickly and to a high standard for a very reasonable price, Highly recommended.

Luke did an absolutely excellent job fitting my kitchen sink, a new toilet and installing a shower. Excellent advice and a very reasonable price - excellent service throughout. Luke is a very competent plumber who gets on with the job without any fuss -I can recommend him without any reservation and will definitely use him again if I have any future plumbing jobs large or small.
