    Fencing, decking and wardrobe doors
Same as previous. This job was done earlier in the year, but I wanted to wait 6 months before I left feedback in case there were problems. At the end if the job I raised with Petre a few problems. Like a pile of soil & debris. The fact he'd used sacking bags below the stones.. So weeds were already poking through. I paid him to clear away the stones and rubble, after asking him to take away the huge pile he'd left he sprinkled them BACK on the garden and rollered it flat!!! I only really noticed in daylight and spent the next 4 weekends relifting all the stones. Monoblocking looks good but like other feedback no drainage and my new sun room floods as the paving slants towards it!! He tells me he is out of business and can't rectify!! Con man and not an expert in anything!

    Back garden

1.Patio slabs not level.no concrete laid underneath(when lights on beds turned on at night shows up shadows of uneven & wobbly slabs) 2.Patio slabs taper off from 1 side of my house to the other causing Peter to cut into my expensive slabs-Poor decision making. 3.Lights in 'BEDS' connected to outside intruder light-when switched on it cuts of all lights internally meaning i have to go into garage to turn circuit breaker back on. 4.Salmon pink concrete NOT salmon pink. 5.Concrete spacing between bricks POOR.Pointing POOR. 6.Drainage POOR(have small 'river' running down beside 'bed' 7.Drainage @ bottom of beds-NONE!(Causing my beds to fill up with water) 8.Not careful with work & always has other jobs on so cant wait to finish job & get another job started. 10.Peter isnt a professional LANDSCAPER OR BUILDER. 11.Expensive materials given to an Inexpensive cowboy builder-Ruined my first home garden. 12.Left TWO ton of top soil on my driveway & a TON of chuckies for over 4 months(i have now paid to be removed as it was an eye sore) 13.The worst thing was Peter telling me of one of his past clients NOT fully paying him & i actually felt SORRY for him.I said dont worry Peter im not that sort of person. What happens i FULLY pay him & he is no longer to be seen-Ive been shafted STUPIDLY.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Garden Modernisation

When Peter first saw our Garden, he honestly proposed various ideas (via provision of drawings) for us to consider and did not try to influence us in any other way. The work carried out by Peter was of the highest standard and he was very clear about the price for materials and labour that we had to pay. Peter was an excellent communicator (texts, email and calls), extremely hard working and always tidied up each day. We can honestly say that Peters work was carried out perfectly and ahead of schedule. The price agreed was the price paid and all work was completed well beyond our own expectations. I would call Peter immediately if I had any other work that needed to be done and I would have faith that it would again be of the highest standard. I have no reservations about recommending Peter to anyone, knowing that he would always deliver with the same level of service and honesty.

    Groundwork and Foundations

Peter came out and spoke to me about what I needed done, then gave me a reasonable price for the work. After I hired him he came out and did the job on time and stayed on budget with his estimates. I would recommend PIT Builders for demolition and groundworks.

Fill in 20m2 flowerbed in monoblock driveway
I was very pleased with the job Peter did. He sourced bricks to match our driveway, did a good job and at a reasonable price. I would recommend him.
