I like to think i am a compitant builder who is honest and reliable. All of my previous clients would agree Have had many happy clients over the years and still retain some now. I like to try and work as if im not there by keeping things clean and tidy and as most people i work for, work themselves so i tend to start just as they are going and try to be finished when they come home from work. I always leave their home clean and tidy every night and i am very safety minded about leaving things around. I am a very flexible person, easy to get on with and i do like to get on with my work.

Absolutely fantastic job done - Alfie is very knowledgable about his field and gave loads of good advice on the options available prior to starting the work - the work itself was done very efficiently and to a high quality with no issues or problems at all
A number of nice finishing touches were also done which I did not expect to be included in the service
Very satisfied with the work done and will definitely use Alfie again in the future

Fix up Wooden Floorboards (or refit if required) (Flooring)

Bedroom redecorated after water damage.
Window surrounds redecorated after water damage to bay area.
Ceiling to bay repaired and sealed after water damage.
Old sills removed from conservatory, replaced with new.
New sill to sliding doors at end of conservatory.
Return sill next to sliding doors.
New corner post to conservatory.
Sills replaced and windows put back in, ready to paint.
Fire place constructed for client, new laminate floor and decoration of room.
New kitchen/family room, decorated, new floor and fire place made good and painted.
New large family room and kitchen decorated with a new oak floor.
Walls made good and plastered, ready to decorate.
Beam inserted and wall removed ready to make good surounding areas.
First opening of cearting a large kitchen/family room. Insertion of steel beam.
Repair of laterial cracks between back wall and inside wall. removed some brickwork so the brickwork can be re-stitched together all the way up.
Walls restitched together and the fitting of steel restraint straps to stop any further movement. 5 in all.
Collapsed kitchen floor, concreat section to the left subsided. to be removed an replaced with timber joists.
Concreat removed and new joists laid and leveled.
Ready to ply sheet the floor and tile.
New timber step after old one rotted. New wooden floor laid as well. Steps stained to match floor.

Will undertake all property repairs inside and out.
Including Fence and gate repairs, Patio's, Patio repairs, Paths and Path repairs, Outside Deckings, Retaining walls ect.

Plasterer by trade.
Being in the building trade for nearly 30 years have gained many skills and am a compident contractor who has been trading for several years now and has an existing client base.
My photos are from some of my most recent jobs and the clients were very happy with the results. City and Guilds 7261 in Ele electronics (various)
Have gained many skills over the years i've been working in the building industry.
Have worked for many large contractors mostly on renovation, conversion and modernisation projects. Have also spent a lot of time repairing structural faults after under pinning has taken place to structures of all kinds but mostly houses. Have worked for all types of organisations including Environmental Health
Am also a qualified electronics engineer and have city and guilds qualifications 7126 of various types.
