Peter drew up plans for us (which were to add another floor in our flat and give us an extra bedroom and study). He sorted out all issues that came up from the council and he made adjustment to the plans. Because we have a grade two listed building, a lot of problems arose but Peter sorted them all out for us. We are very happy with the work carried out, we didn't go over budget and all the work was completed on time. I think Peter's strengths are trouble shooting issues and adjusting plans.

Work History
I have worked in the construction industry for 23 years. 50% of the time spent in commercial projects. For the last 12 years I have been working in the residential market specialising in extensions, loft conversions, basement conversions, refurbishments of all kinds, bespoke homes. I also undertake change of use applications, retrospective planning applications, house to flat conversions and project management. I have a thorough understanding of residential permitted development rights.
