I have been in the building industry for the past thirty yrs, flat roofing is the main stay of my work installing the new epdm system, We specialise in the restoration of older roofing ie 30 years plus, from retiling to complete rebuilds This leads me into extensions where the bulk of my work is,I have all the nessersary diggers,dumpers, etc to fullfill this kind of work. Period roofing restoration and refurbishments are where I excell as not to many builders like to touch this kind of work due to the experteese required to deal with grade listed buildings and i have a port folio of this and reff's from an architect. Working with architects and engineers have given me the added skill's of working on the older type of property including engineered UNDER PINNING and damp assessment service. painting and decorating is a pleasure for me so why not earn a living doing what you like, loft conversions are an art which take time to get right which i like because they are a challenge.We use the " TELEBEAM system " which cuts down on the floor height and has its council approved stamp. Driveways, patio's, Tree management from prunning to full removal, All of the work i do ,i do very well and i stick to that and do not drift into something i may be good at, my moto is " small enough to cope and big enough to care ". i'll help,guide and advise you to a satisfactory conclusion..

im currently building an extension in selsdon nr croydon, and refurbing the house, the job was from this site, you are welcome to have my clients details to confirm this and to contact him for a reff if required, i have a port folio of this work every stage, including roofing, plastering,toiletsx3, kitchens x2, pitched and flat roofs, en-suite, tiling wall and floor, all plumbing, and decorating and others, the flat and pitched roof is having EPDM rubber coverage see my site im due to complete around april,, Haveing now completed this project i have started a 13th cen barn roof refubishment including sound proofing and insulation
