I chose NW Building Services as I was very impressed by Neil's Plans for my loft conversion he gave a clear idea of how long the work would take and gave an amazing price, each day he arrived when he said he would and just got on with it he made sure there was no rubbish left around and each day insisted on hoovering It was great coming home from work each day and seeing the transformation from a dark dingy loft to a light spacious warm new room. Every part of the job was completed to a very high standard and the room looks better than I could have imagined.

Work History
Time served carpenter, bricklayer and roofer with over 25 years experience in the building industry giving me the ability to do everything eligible in the building trade. Having vast experience in all building services since 1983, I have self built many new builds (Including timber frame houses), renovations, extensions, conversions and landscaping. All of these projects have been completed and passed by building control; with no complications and at a high quality standard of work.
Our services include- new builds, extensions, conversions, renovations, carpentry, roofing, kitchen/bathroom fittings, tiling, driveways, patios, fencing, landscaping, block work, rendering/dashing and much more.
The majority of our projects come from a high consistency of client referrals that are all willing to give N.W Building Services recommendations. Our success has strived due to the professionalism of our completed projects. All projects are treated equally at a high standard, kept clean and tidy and are carried out by professional, honest and reliable tradesmen. N.W Building Services have fully qualified tradesmen and are able to supply Part P electrical certificates and Corgi registered plumbers where verifiable; all have completed relevant Health and Safety examinations.
N.W Building Services has a fully qualified membership with the FMB, The Federation of Master Builders and also with TrustMark which only accept local, trustworthy and reliable tradesmen, working to Government endorsed standards.
