Monarch did a great job. Had an issue with getting the skip hire company to remove the skip, but it was all sorted in the end!

Work History
After leaving school at sixteen it was always my intention to go into the building trade and learn the skills required to work with my hands. My first position was as apprentice at a local building company as a joiner. After only 12 months i was sufficiently trained up to take on duties by myself. Then at age 21 after serving 5 years within the same company i was offered a promotion to site manager. This gave me my grounding to become my own boss and the age of 26 i started my own business.
Qualifications & Accreditations
My current skills are varied although i do still greatly enjoy working with my hands my role as the business owner is to oversee the day to day running of the home improvements projects that me and my team work on. This is very important for projects to run efficiently.Materials to site and quality of workmanship are the two key parts that make our business the success it is. And it is my main duty to make sure we always out perform in these areas.
