Hired to Darren to skim all of the upstairs ceilings in our house. The work was completed on time and to a very good standard. Darren is friendly, trustworthy and happy to offer additional advice. We were so happy with the work, we invited Darren back to skim the walls of our 3rd bedroom, again an excellent job, would highly recommend.

Great Job, removal or artex from ceiling and making good fireplace. Punctual and has completed both jobs to a high standard. Would recommend.

Darren was very helpful throughout the whole process. Even when I gave him additional problems to solve. Firstly, I realised the electrician had not filled the channels and with Darren only quoting for a skim, i thought I should fill the channels for him. Not that I had time to do this. I called him to ask his advice on what to use as it had to be quick and cope with deep channels. Seeing that I did not really know what I was buying, he offered to get some bonding and to fill them for me. He had other walls to start on, so that was a real stress relief. Very reasonable addition to the cost too. When he arrived, I still had a massive wardrobe in the room, which I thought we'd be able to move - wrong - they weigh a tonne! The only option was for me to take it apart - power screwdriver at the ready, I set about doing that while Darren got ready. He helped me pass thing down, and since I had to put the wardrobe in the loft, he helped pass things up - talk about going BEYOND WHAT WAS EXPECTED!. The wardrobe was then light enough to move to the middle of the room. I then said I need to remove the skirting that was there behind it. Darren was still patiently getting on with the channels and filling those. Finally, I got out of his way and left him to it. He did a good job, and has provided advice since the job in getting the right paint. All in all, very happy with the job, and very happy with Darren too.

Darren was punctual, thorough and even hoovered up. Great plastering and incredibly reasonably priced - would highly recommend!

Darren carried out a first class job on our loft conversion, which put the finishing touches to the room and enabled us to see the room in a whole new light. We were very pleased with the way Darren worked and would be happy to recommend him to anyone.

Darren was very prompt, both in the appointment to view the job, and to perform the work itself. He impressed me with his friendliness and professionalism during discussions, whilst doing the job, and with the advice given once the work was finished. The job itself was completed within the agreed timescales with no unexpected extras or add-ons, and the work area was left clean & tidy afterwards. I would recommend Darren to anyone who wishes to have their job done trouble-free and reasonably priced.

Darren removed artexing and plastered kitchen, bedroom, hall. stairs and landing ceilings. He also removed brick tiles in stairwell. Darren does a really good job at a competitive price. This is the second time Darren has done work in our house and we will be asking him back again to do some more. What I like about Darren is that you can discuss the work with him. The added job of taking the brick tiles down on the stairs was no trouble for him. Extremely trustworthy - left keys with him and went out. We have also recommended Darren to other people we know and they have been really pleased with his work.

Darren was excellent, changed his plans to accommodate extra work that I requested and worked at a great pace. A really decent chap, good company and above all a true professional..If you want a good professional plasterer then hire Darren....
