Martin seemed genuine when he arrived and gave me a good quote and good advice from which i hired him for th job. He told me what material i needed to get which i did (£75 worth in total) and we put a date in for the job where i took time off work so could let him in etc. Everyhting so far was good and was glad i had found him. On this date Martin did not however arrive and did not call to say he was running late on change the date etc. I called him several times and phone went to voicemail, left him messages but no repsosne. Giving him the benefit of the doubt that soemthing might have happended on the day tried calling him for three days after and still no reply. Dont know what happened but a call to say that he was not interested in the job would have been nice so could have found someone else and not wasted a day off and a week and a half of the job not being done. Find this very unproffessional and caused much inconvenience. Would never use again and would not reccomend to anyone as pay a bit more and get a proper reliable fencer.

Unfortunately Martin had a personal emergency and was unable to complete my job. Although I was sympathetic, I was most disappointed in his level of professionalism in that he dropped everything after completing less than half of the job and in my personal opinion left my flat in an unfit and dangerous state to live in with wires and lights still hanging out. I had paid Martin half of the agreed price and an additional £200 for materials upfront. He refused to refund me all my money back and gave me back only a third of what I paid him. I was severely out of pocket due to his behaviour and because I had to get another builder in to make my flat safe as well as finish his job. I would not use Martin ever again and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Martin was very professional and friendly, he did a great job, within the agreed timeline and left no mess. Would defintiely recommend and am getting hiim back in the new year to do some other jobs for me. Alison McKee

Martin was very professional and friendly, he arrived on time and did a great job, left no mess and also did another small job for me for free. He fitted a bathroom cabinet and also some door stoppers on very thick tiles. I would highly recommend Martin.

We can't recommend Martin highly enough. These door frames are quite warped it would seem and he's had a hard time getting the doors to fit, but we are absolutely delighted with his work. He's done an extremely good job for a very reasonable price and we'd definitely recommend him for any similar work.

Martin arrived early and was very friendly. He had a really good look at the pump, tested it out, and checked the noise levels throughout my flat and the floor downstairs. He's certainly put my mind at rest about the pump itself and the noise levels. He's also given me some helpful advice on what to do in the future if I have any other problems. I would thoroughly recommend Martin to anyone looking for prompt, friendly, and reasonably priced tradesman. He's a gem! I'd certainly use him again in the future.

I was very please with the work Martin completed. He replaced the pump in my toilet, this involved disconnecting the sink and removing a marble table top. Martin also put up 2 curtain poles, which involved drilling into solid concrete - a very difficult job, he was on time, polite and cleared up as he completed the jobs. I would recommend Martin and would have no hesitation in using him again.
