Mark came to relocate an outside tap from the original exterior wall, which is now inside my garden room, to the outside of the garden room. The job turned out to be more complicated than expected, as he needed to get behind the wood panelling inside the garden room and run new pipework underneath the garden room floor to reach the external wall. Despite the extra work involved, Mark was friendly, professional and positive throughout, and just got on with the job without any fuss or complaints. The work has been completed to a very good standard and everything is working perfectly. Very pleased with the result and would happily recommend him to others.

Work carried out promptly and explained straight forward, pointed out about wire that had not been connected and sorted this for us as well as pipe work behind appliances, cleaned up after work carried out.

Mark is a brilliant plumber. His communications were on point. He always was very quick to respond. It was a tricky job to install a toilet in such a small space, but he managed it. Left the place clean and tiny. Would definately call him back for any other plumbing jobs.
