Positive side: Very friendly ,and clean team of builders. Negative side: Be careful before to sign the contract because even if they are delaying (45 days after the expected ending)and charge you more(..much more)after they will face all the contract's paragraphs out saying that the delay was not caused from their fault and bla bla bla bla bla bla.

First class job - professional, polite, easy to do business with

I used MILU to build a breakfast bar and put up tables and chairs for a cafe area. Their work was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend them. The workers were on time and their work was to a very high standard. They also completed the work to the set deadline. I will be using them again in the future.

Michael and his team carried out a complete renovation of my basement flat. The work included creating an open plan living/ kitchen area plus fitting the new kitchen, new bathrooms, new flooring & lighting throughout, internal sound system installation, outside decking, damp proofing, moving boiler positioning & re-plastering of entire flat. It was a big job & my first experience of renovating a property. It was a real reassurance having Michael & his team carry out the work. They were reliable, hardworking & thorough. Michael was forthcoming with solutions if barriers arose and offered budget saving ideas when required. They really took the stress out of the whole experience and the finish was of an exceptionally high standard. It was completed on time and on budget. I would definitely use Milu again for future work and would highly recommend them.

Refurbishment of a one bedroom garden flat in Fulham. There was a change in the layout of the flat which meant moving internal walls and creating new doors openings onto the garden. All ceilings were replaced, new electrics and new gas central heating with new boiler were installed. The whole flat was re-plastered and painted new. New wooden flooring through the whole of the flat . New bathroom and kitchen were installed and tiled. Decked patio area in the garden was created. The quality of work was extremely good. The snag list had one point on it which required 10 min attention. The timescales were given for individual parts of work and were kept and all work came on budget. Michael is very well organised and good communicator hence it was a good, no stress experience to work with him. All the budget and timescales were very well organised on excel and communication via phone and email was instant. He was a good help in implementing my interior design ideas. His builders are very professional and deliver a quality of work to the highest standards. All in all it was a pleasure working with him and his team and I will be recommending him to my future clients.
