Time served mechanical draughtsman.
I have been doing plans for 15 years.
Planning and building regulations applications handled by us over the internet.
based in gateshead my main work is within a 20 mile radius . recently I have been taking work on from all over the uk. A few photos and some dimensions and away we go.

payment isn't taken until you see the finished plans. No add ons.

Check the web ,, you will be paying double if you go with some web sites..........
