LT Construction sounded very professional, due to the feedback and the amount of satisfied customers there have been. I realized he was more than we thought, as he regularly called you back, answered calls when you called, and came over and had a look and then gave a a quote for the job we needed, which was to build a flatpack wardrobe, from Ikea. His price was unbeatable; he beat the prices of 2 other companies, one of them S & H Contracts Ltd. He gave a date and kept us informed when there was problems. Lee was a very honest guy, as he apologized the day before the expected day of the job and said he would be late. The next day he came with another assistant builder, Lee Patterson. Both were very conscious of their job and were very professional. They carried on with their job, were very scrupulous and cautious, making sure everything was perfectly executed as shown in the instructions, and that I, the customer, was satisfied. We could have never finished in the time they did, as the were very prompt. They payed massive attention to their customers, respected their views and wanted to make sure everything was the way the customers wanted and they were happy. Because it was a heavy job, they had to come back the next day. Lee Thompson came alone and was punctual and he continued the job. His phenomenal skill and experience helped him to finish the job earlier than expected. At the end, we looked at the wardrobes and they looked fantastic, and his work was exceptional. Had there been an Ofsted for builders, I'm sure he'd get outstanding. I also requested him to do another job in the following weeks, and he already gave a amazing price. I will not think twice before hiring him again. Whatever he does, his overall job is second to none. He does his job with dedication, and nowadays most builders just do the job and then get the money. Once they get the money, they're happy. But Lee is selfless, he thinks about about other people, hopes their money is spent for a job worth it, etc. I definitely recommend him, it's great value for money.
