  I awarded my job to Kevin as he took the time to explain what kind of shower pump was needed and why. He also was helpful in tracking a good brand down, offering various suggestions. His work has been of a very high standard and he has a genuine 'conscience' if he felt there would be a problem with something. I had bought the wrong type of down lights, which Kevin had fitted, but he said I should have bought fire rated ones. I bought replacements and he re-fitted without additional charge. I would definitely recommend him and will be using his services in the future.

  We chose them to do the work for 2 reasons, money of course very competative and then the main reason was the way they handle the quote, the time they spent with us understanding our needs and the way they made us feel happy in their ability. They started the job in July and work 5 weeks in out house, we upgraded the bathroom, ensuite and kitchen. i could not fault their work rate and their continuos obsession of keeping things tidy as they work. I am asking them back to do more work for me shortly and i am happy for anyone to call me for a referrance.   Given that I'm an untrusting sort, it was very refreshing to have used Kevin and Jon for my bathroom refit, as they're both very knowledgeable, kept me up to date with progress, punctual, and really inspired confidence, so much so that I left them my house keys to come and go as they pleased - something I never thought I'd be comfortable doing.
  When it transpired I'd need a pump fitted because of the taps I'd purchased at the end of the job, they squeezed me in around their busy schedule, which was much appreciated.
  I have no hesitation in recommending them for any bathroom work, given the quality of their work, and their professional manner.

Everything was left clean and tidy each day and all of the work has been done to a very high standard and finish, and I am very pleased with how it all looks and works and can recommend.

  Kevin and his son John did an excellent job. Both of them enjoy their work that they want to do it to perfection. I really admired their skills and an eye for perfection. Each bathroom and the 2 feature walls have been done to high standards. Apart from their competency they always left the house in a good condition and always made sure they cleaned up before they left the house. I would recommend them to anyone with my eyes closed.   Once Kevin started working he uncovered various problems that the previous plumber had left behind, by doing extremely sub standard work. Which meant things where not as straight forward for Kevin. But every step of the way Kevin explained the problems and managed to rectify them and got the job done, leaving the areas he had worked in spotless.

He was extremely helpful and explained everything that he was doing and took the time at various stages to show me what had been wrong with the bathroom and what was needed to rectify it. In addition to the leaking toilet Kevin found that there was also a problem with the radiator and he also fixed this at no extra cost. I found Kevin to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional and I would certainly recommend him to friends/family.
