About Ljb-carpentry

For 27 years I have worked in the Building Trade. Working hands on is something I always enjoy particularly if it involves a high level of craftmanship.
Nothing gives me more pleasure than standing back at the completion of a complicated and visually pleasing job and saying, "I did that".
All jobs that I have had, have ended up by my having at least part supervisery role. I generally deal with Architecs, Structural engineers & Building control, as well as programing and sourcing materials setting out and organising trades etc
Most of my previous work has come from recomendations which was fine until I relocated from Sussex to Berkshire last year.
I am also a member of check-a-trade so all of my work is checked vetted & monitored. My ID is 109730. Recently I have also a member of rated people which also monitors all work I obtain through their web site. Please go to the either website and view my customer feedback.
Please contact me if I can be of service.

I have run complete jobs including; setting out, and organising materials& plant, dealing with Architects, Building control etc and of course dealing with other trades.
I would consider my prefured work to be working on listed and older properties, Roofing, restorations Barn conversions etc.
Although any job no matter how small or large will be considered and receive my full attention until completed to the highest standard.

Since around 2002 I have been finding my own work, some relatively large jobs.
