The weather wasn't too kind to Liam and Owen in the Autumn months when they were digging out the footings for our new extension, but despite the occasional delay they still managed to get on with it. Both Liam and Owen were polite and always turned up when they said they would early in the mornings. Having got the walls erected and roof on Liam liaised with the man to lay the floor screed and also the window fitters. There was a delay on one window as we wanted a bespoke window which has been made and fitted, it's exactly what we wanted, the bi-fold doors look amazing too. Liam and Owen cleared up after themselves each day, Liam arranged all the skips and rubbish clearance too. Now that it's finished, the extension will provide a huge benefit to us and we can't wait for the summer to come to put it to its full use. Bet you don't get so many cups of tea at the next job Liam! In the end we were unable to make use of Liam's services because of timing issues but I found him to be helpful, honest and very reasonably priced during discussions about the job.

Liam did a great job. When I initially contacted him, he arranged to visit within a day or so at mutually convenient time and then provided a quotation promptly based on my list and structural plans, and was able to schedule the work within 5 weeks. The work was due to take 2 weeks, but one extra day was necessary due to heavy snowfall in Bristol. Each day, Liam kept us informed of when he would arrive and always did at that time and also made a basic clean up where possible on what was an incredibly messy work. This minimised any day to day stress and disruption and we just let Liam and Owen get on with it. Plastering walls and ceilings, fixing floorboards, skirting and picture rails was all done well. I will decorate this myself later when plaster has dried out more. He also arranged the site visit from Bristol City Council Building Control although I made the application. He would have been able to arrange this as well. I am really pleased with the work and will be asking him to quote for next stage of work on my house.

Outstanding builders and great service. Do not hesitate to hire Liam and Rich from Aspire. From initial quote to completion of the job, they have been extremely punctual, clean, trustworthy and they did a fantastic job on our extension. Their project management and communication werr fantastic throughout and they were always happy to meet our needs and offer advice. They have left us with an excellent addition to our home with a clean and slick finish. I could not recommend them highly enough.
