Les has carried out the work in a highly professional manner from start to finish, with thorough planning to completing on time through any weather. I am delighted with the end result, with stairs, decking to kitchen finshed in wood to a high standard which enhances the property. The new side gate and fencing Les has put in lifts and secures the whole side to the house and the garden clearance has made a vast improvement. Les also keeps up great communication, is extremely reliable and trustworthy and I would highly recommend him to friends and colleagues for any future work.

New steps to kitchen, small wall removal (Restoration & Refurbishment)

Central wall demolished RSG installed and ceiling plaster boarded with spot lights old plaster hacked off walls due to cracking
The finished product. The walls plastered 40sq mtrs floor tiling kitchen installed solid oak worktops with oak skirting & architrave
New roof to existing gazebo and new decking installed
Wall taken out and RSG installed ,new window put in, Llaminate floor, kitchen fitted, walls tiled and room decorated new electrics,
strip old kitchen and floor install solid oak kitchen tile floor and walls
raised decking to patio door level and ramp down to garden
new fencing erected and also new decking over old uneven slab area
old fencing prior to installation of new fence
complete garden renovation 2no deck areas installed
70lm of feather edge fencing and pergola
pergola and one of the decking and seating areas
front door removed 2new windows and side door renewed, wall removed to porch new electrics and replastered, new boiler installed

Work History
Being a time served carpenter and joiner and having worked in the building industry as a carpenter for over 40yrs on various projects gaining a vast experiance in the carpentry trade. I have worked on many housing and property refurbisments projects also on schools, hospitals, ect.
and have been working as a sole trader for the past 10yrs .
I can also supply and organise other required trades plasters, registerd electricins and gas safe fitters.
Qualifications & Accreditations
TIME SERVED completing apprentisip July 1971 with the National joint council for the building industry
certificate/reg no 127021 I deal mainly with the following:-
