Various jobs on one home - see description.
This site only allows 1500 character spaces, this is nowhere near enough to list my complaints about this unprofessional company. Work included refurbishment and extension. However complaints include flooding caused by poor workmanship resulting in new wooden floor having to be replaced; being charged full price for kitchen units that could have been purchased at half price; poor carpentry – filler used to hide poorly cut wood, doors incorrectly hung – now swing open or shut and cut short and bang against frame when shut; poor tiling work – uneven levels and gaps between tiles; missing tiles after flood repaired; refusal to provide any certification for completed works and use of unqualified workman to attempt to repair brand new boiler that they installed which was not working; wooden floor laid without any thought to pattern in joins – random gaps left finish looking very bad; preparation for wooden floor included filling gaps with rubbish including crisp packets and layers of hardboard as alternative to screed; front door opens in wrong direction enabling callers to see straight into the room; additional charges included full price for kitchen – ignoring sales, two fridges and surprise 10% ‘handling fee’. Poor experience and response to complaints refusal to supply any certification for the work completed. Full details and photographic and video evidence of very poor workmanship available on request.
