Arturas and his team have done an outstanding job in a complex, full-flat renovation involving structural work, floor levelling, complete electrical rewire, complete re-plumbing including pumps and heater, full bathroom and kitchen fitting, basically everything. I honestly could not have hired a better builder. Quality: the team is exceptionally dedicated and diligent, following the design to the millimetre, reading every specification and installation instruction, being exceedingly careful to ensure everything is done at a high standard. The result speaks for itself - everyone who visited the flat is in awe about the quality of workmanship. Expertise: the team really knows what they are doing. There was nothing they can’t handle, and they found very smart solutions to every problem. They advised me at every step of the way, with patience and clarity. Honesty: Arturas, Vasyl and Vova are excellent people, honest to the bone, trustworthy and principled. In summary, top class builders.

Arturas and his team were amazing. I don't normally leave feedback on many websites, but i felt i had to for Arturas, as he did such a good job. His team turned up on time, worked at weekends and nothing was too much to ask. I would highly recommend him.

Arturas and his team have done an incredible job once again. I have used Arturas for a number of jobs over the past few years and will continue to do so in the future. He makes himself available to provide advice and assistance throughout the project, leaving you reassured that the final product will be what you're after. This project was an entire refurb including kitchen, bathroom, boiler, radiators, pipework etc all done to an excellent standard.

Turned up when he said he would and did exactly what he said he would, which others will know isn't always the case! Happy with the work and more importantly there were a few minor points which he was very happy to come back and look at quickly (even after payment)

I spent a long time searching for the right builder for my extension refurb job and i couldn't be more pleased that I picked Arturas. He gave me an honest appraisal of the work we wanted done at the start and provided a very fair quote. He also took the time to go that extra mile and check things like the depth of the existing foundations before starting the job. Arturas himself is a pleasure to work with and manages to remain calm in the face relentless questions from someone like me who is genuinely clueless about the building trade. When any issues were encountered (which the inevitably are in a large building project) they were dealt with promptly and he would always go out of his way to ensure we were inconvenienced as little as possible during the works. His team are extremely hard working, conscientious and courteous and always left the site tidy at the end of the day. Now that they have finished we thrilled with the way the extension turned out and have had lots of comments from friends and family about how good it looks. I would recommend Arturas to anybody and we will definitely be using him again in the near future for another project.

Arturas is absolutely fantastic. He and his team took on our job (complete kitchen refit, removing walls, laying flooring, full house replaster, built in shelving & cupboards & decoration) at a very reasonable price and not only completed it to the highest possible standard, they did it fast and responded to every issue that arose with clever ideas and a range of options budget wise. And what a kind polite gentleman he is with it. Truly don't hesitate to use him!

Arturas and his team are exactly what you would hope for, from a building contractor; efficient, clean and high quality workmen. Having received a quotation from LA Building, we agreed a start date and the work commenced on time at 8am as discussed. The wall came down very quickly with all of the required structural support in place, Arturas remeasured the area to make sure with the old adage of "measure twice, cut once" for the steel. Unfortunately the project was slightly delayed due to the Council inspector stipulating deeper and wider foundations than the original structural drawings had depicted. However, once back on track Arturas' team proceeded to put the metal work in place, plasterboard and "make good" the entire area in a matter of days (even working to 10pm over the weekend we were away to get the job done). Small details such as ensuring all light switches and plug sockets matched the height of all existing points were all covered off. They left the flat relatively spotless and have worked hard to give us our kitchen, lounge and dining area back as quickly as possible. As my first experience of building work, in my first eight weeks of owning my own house, I could not have asked for a better team and would happily recommend them to anyone, as well as keeping them on file to use in the future. A final point which all builders could learn from LA Building - when I mentioned the location of mugs/milk/teabags for breaks, Arturas replied; "We don't really do that..."

We were very happy with the bathroom conversion and laminate flooring Arturas and his team did for us. Arturas has an eye for detail and gave good advice. Time management was excellent. On schedule for every appointment and finishing exactly when they said they would, even accommodating small extras jobs we gave them last minute. The team worked hard and efficiently and got a lot done in a few days. The result looks great and all at an affordable price. Thank you very much.

Arturas and his team did a really excellent job for me for a very competitive price. Arturas listened to my ideas and plans and communicated with me throughout about what was happening, including schedules, materials and costings. His team were highly skilled, diligent and very polite. Any problems that arose were dealt with quickly and I'm very happy with the results. My house has been transformed, it's lovely. Thanks guys x
