I have been in the building industry for over 30 years, during which i have worked on a variety of projects including new builds, refurbs and extensions. I became a sole trader in 1988 and my core works at present are extensions, groundworks (foundations, drainage, drives/patios etc) and landscaping. Over the past years i have built a relationship with local trusted specialist tradesmen such as electricians, plumbers and plasterers whom i use on all my contracts as i know they offer value and quality. I would also be happy to Project Manage any contract as my previous employment was as a Contracts Manager for a medium sized contractor. I am a member of The Federation of Master Builders. About Khowick

I am hands on and execute a lot of the works myself. It is my aim to complete quality work at a fair price and communicate to the client daily the progress and what is programmed for the future. In the trade there is a saying 'that you are only as good as your last job' and i am able to offer you references both recent and old, i have clients that i have been working with since i started in 1988.

Work History

I joined Bovis Homes from school, progressed to Junior Surveyor and moved to site management, then progressed to Site Manager. I then worked for local contractors W H Price and VG Builders as a Contracts Manager before starting my own business in 1988. During the time since then i have completed works on schools, churches and residential projects as well as working for other contractors on a freelance basis.
