Jez has made a great job of my new-build bungalow and I highly recommend him to anyone considering their own newbuild/extension. Jez's quote for my bungalow was the most competitive, and the most detailed by far, of the 5 quotations I got for this build and I'm really glad I chose him. He only works with quality tradesmen and his own standards are high. The customer always comes first. The overall finish of the house both inside and out is really good; I've had a few compliments on the brickwork already! Jez works tidily, quickly and efficiently to get the job done and any minor problems or amendments to plans were sorted out without fuss. If you choose Jez to do your work, you won't regret it. As a matter of course, Jez liaised with the local Council planning and building control, the Architect and the kitchen company to name but a few, and was always happy to arrange and chase people when necessary. I'm very happy for future clients to view my house via Jez if they would like to. Thanks to Jez, his son, Richard, Lee and Baz to name a few!

We had Jez in for a single storey extension that includes knocking down an existing extension, building work (that included an RSJ the whole width of the house), modifying existing utility room and installing kitchen, we later on added driveway and patio area. The project seemed to have the usual drain problems to start with more unexpected drains turning up but Jez dealt with with no issues modifying foundations to suit. He organised all with the building control. Had managed the whole project bringing the various trades in as and when required. The whole project was finished in about 8 weeks which seemed amazing for the amount of work done and the finished kitchen/utility room plus patio area looks amazing. Jez's team were all great to work with. Compared to other quotes though his pricing was good. Will have Jez back for round 2.

Hired Jez Pike for installations of roof trusses and cut-roof, and feature support columns, eaves beams and bracing for bespoke stables. Competitive price, excellent workmanship, excellent knowledge and know-how, hard working....already have Jez Pike working on my next two projects. Very professional.

We hired Jez to build our 2 storey extension and couldn't be more pleased with the result, we had various quotes and found Jez to be the most competitive and professional when giving us the quote. When the build began we were concerned our 8 month old puppy would be confined to the house but Jez put up a temp fence for us which made our lives so much easier thanks Jez. During the build Jez and Nathan were both punctual never arriving later than 8am and accommodating to our requests and queries, the other trademen that Jez brought on site were equally as friendly and professional and would also come highly recommended. We are so pleased with the speed and accuracy as to which Jez and Nathan worked which is reflected in the end result our extension looks fantastic its provided us with the extra space we needed it was done over a short period of time and within our budget couldn't be happier we would 100% use Jez and Nathan for any future work thank you so much. Absolutely fantastic!! Jez did an excellent job fitting a wardrobe and to say I was extremely pleased with his work would be an understatement. He was very professional in his approach, has an eye for detail and very clearly knows what he is talking about. He was friendly but didn’t waste time and got on with the job. We have experienced some extremely bad workmanship in the past and lost a great deal of money in the process so I don’t normally recommend lightly but, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jez. He has a wealth of information, the place was immaculate when I got home and he has completely restored my faith in workmanship so I can’t recommend him enough. I would say, if you are having any work done and you want it doing to the highest standard at least listen to what he has to say because you certainly won’t be disappointed – If we need any other work carrying out Jez will be the first person we will be contacting. Very impressed with the service that jez provided me! He was on time very professional and very hard working carried out all work to a very high standerd and also mended a few things that weren't on the quote! He also cleaned up after himself and carried out the work with no inconvenience to us would definitely recommend and hire him again to carry out anymore work that I need doing

Jez was very professional from start to finish, delivering in time and in budget in what was a fairly sizeable project putting everything in from electrics to central heating, double glazing, flooring, new bathroom, new kitchen etc etc. Very well done, thank you Jez!

Hired Jez to fit some internal doors for us, and am extremely pleased with his work. Fast, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced - can't get fairer than that!! Would not hesitate to hire him again, and would highly recommend him.
