My requirements were for a complete re-tiling of the bathroom from floor to ceiling, new bath, shower fittings etc. Mark gave me a quote for the work, which I was pleased with, however he went on to say that this would include removing and refitting the toilet, hand basin and radiator, instead of trying to tile around them. He was the only person of the three quotes I gained to suggest this and still managed to keep the costs competitive, in fact a couple more tasks were added including touching up the paint work, without affecting the price. Mark then went on the complete the job, to what I would say is a very high standard, with everything working and to a great level of finish - it looks fantastic. All in all I am very pleased with Marks work, I would hire him again and recommend him without hesitation - a professional job for which I am very happy. Oh, I forgot to mention, no rubbish and no mess, as Mark had cleaned up as he went along and before he left. Many thanks for a great job.

Over the course of the last couple of months Mark has carried out several job for me, including installing and tiling a completly new bathroom, replacing the ensuite to the master bedroom and plastered every ceiling in my three bedroom house. Mark is extreamly hard working, always keeps his promises, always exceeds your expectations, and above all, is extreamly competative with his pricing. The quality of Mark's work is extreamly high and I would recommend using him for any building project.

I find Mark Lewis to be very good at what ever he turns his hand to, always looking to be spot on with his work, He has done several jobs for me including refitting a shower, and also laying flooring. Mark turned up when he said and kept to price quoted. I have another job already lined up for him. Another good quality is he don't smoke and doesn't have to have loud music playing while he works.
