Work involved the complete renovation of downstairs and hallway. This included knocking through the existing kitchen and dining room and refitting. From day one the professionalism that Steve exhibited gave me no surprise that the work was completed on schedule, within budget and to a standard that I never imagined could be so high. Steve liaised with several other trades which he recommended e.g electrician and plasterer as well as ensuring he was around for the building inspectors as work went on. Although I had a rough idea of what I wanted to achieve, Steve helped me with the design and came up with ideas and recommendations for the final finish that I hadn't thought of. I can honestly say that Steve was so meticulous as to how he left my house at the end of each day, that at times it was tidier during this complete rebuild than before! I have every faith in Steve and when I wanted him to continue into the hallway and upstairs, I had no worry about leaving him to get on with this whilst I was away on holiday. Steve dedicated himself to my job and was always available if I needed to contact him. I am so proud of the way my house looks now that if you want to see the quality of his work I would be more than willing to show prospective clients around.

I had my lounge completely renovated, including the ceiling re plastered, completely painted and decorated and new oak flooring and skirting board. Severe damp problems were discovered underneath the old flooring, this was also remedied. I was so pleased with the quality of Steve's work that I now use Johnson Building Services for any other work I need doing. The job was completed on time and the additional work that needed to be done was discussed with me and agreed before any work took place and the job was completed on budget. Steve went the extra mile and his attention to detail meant that my lounge was finished to an excellent standard. Steve is very polite and friendly and always punctual.
