We are General Builder's who are willing to take on a variety of work no matter what size. We specialise in renovations and we project manage the contracts, subcontractors and supply all materials. We also carry out tanking of cellars and damproofing.

Oldroyd Tanking to the cellar.
Oldroyd Tanking installed and the floor prepared to lay concrete slab.
This is a twelve by twentyfour foot purpose built shed, the rear part is storage and the larger front part of the shed is a garage and work shop.
Paving laid as part of the landscaping of the cottage in Shrewsbury Fields in Shifnal.
The stair way was removed for tanking to take place and was put back using the original bricks.
Oldroyd Tanking installed and battened out ready for plaster boarding.
New oak floor joists over the Oldroyd Tanked cellar.
This is part of a entire renovation to a cottage in Wellinton. New oak floor joists have been laid over the cellar.
This wall was taken down and rebuilt using traditonal lime mortar.
New pitched tiled roof put over the original flat roof.
New pitched roof cut into the existing roof using clay valley tiles.
New brick gable end with hard wood corbeling made to match existing corbelling on the property.
Extension being built to replace the derelict cottage, using the bricks that have been salvage after the demolition.
The extension up to first floor level with new doubleglazed wooden window frame.
Block work up to floor slab, ready to install the floor slab.
Large fireplace built into the extenstion. All the floor joist were left exposed to give the room a cottage feel.
Fencing and landscaping
Newly installed stair case.
Renovation of the entire cottage and bespoke doors.
New roof including a Velux window on the extension.

Work History
I started working in the landscaping trade after I left school for eighteen years, during that time I was renovating properties for myself. I went to work for a local builder for three years where I gained vast amounts of experience of all aspects of the trade, after which I decided to become a self employed builder and I have worked for myself for the past ten years.
Qualifications & Accreditations
I am a Safeguard approved installer of Oldroyd, Dryzone, Stormdry and Vandex. I install windows, convert garages, refit bathrooms and kitchens, gut and refurbish old properties, traditional lime mortar brick work, contempoary brick work, carpentry, roofing, leadwork, structural alterations, steel work, footings, floor slabs, under ground pipe work, tanking cellars, tiling to floors, walls, insulation, bespoke sheds, verandhas and doors, slabbing, fencing, decking exterior walls, block paving.
I interpret architects and structural engineers drawings and plans and liaise with building control.
