Jason did the work in satisfactory manner, but I was rather disappointed with the doors he fitted upstairs and the hindges were not suitable for the heavy doors and he fitted them without advising the consequences. He also arranged to come back on another day to fit a replacement bathroom door when it is delivered. No extra money was discussed. When I called him to arrange a date, he mentioned additional charges.

Jason recently fitted our kitchen for us, and we chose him as he was local, reasonably priced and able to complete the work within the short timescale we had. Jason was competent, punctual and polite to deal with. Took a little longer than originally planned due to some extra bits we wanted done but this wasn't an issue. Any extra costs for materials were brought up early on and he took the time to talk through exactly what was being bought and why. We are really pleased with the finished result and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Jason for work.

Jason was very professional throughout, he even met us at Bathstore and Redhill Tiles in Crawley to go through the design. We had a new en-suite bathroom including floor and wall tiling, relocationg the WC and wash basin, a new walk in shower and a replacement towel rail. Jason was very prompt everday, worked hard and kept the dust to a minimum. We were very pleased with the final outcome, and the invoice which had no hidden extra's. Paul and Hazel

I found Jason Brown very hard working and efficient . He arrived punctually and advised me at all times what he was doing. Jason ripped out my old bathroom and installed a walk-in shower, a job I was dreading, expecting a mess. However, he respected my home and left no mess for me to clear up. He designed the the room and advised me on the fittings. The end result was perfect and all my friends are envious. October 2010. I employed Jason again Feb 2011 to design another room for me. He took the ceiling down and a part of a wall. Fitted shelves, new window cills, skirting boards, new ceiling, coving and spot lights. He made a picture frame around my kitchen hatch so that hinges do not show and decorated it. The quality of work was excellent. The work was completed within the time estimated and was within the budget. Jason's strengths are in design and detail. He has good ideas and knows what's available on the market. He plans what he is doing and is meticulous. I would not hessitate to recommend Jason to anyone. He is a very efficient and clean worker.
