Work History
I am a qualified roofer and have been a member of The Guild of Master Craftsmen since 1994.
I provided a maintenance service to a housing association for over 10 years.
I enjoy all aspects of my work and have a good team of self employed colleagues who work for me on larger projects such as loft conversions.
I have wide experience of working on older properties and can offer sound advise and good ideas.
Qualifications & Accreditations
I am registered as a skilled worker with the Construction Skills Certification Scheme, No. 00825300.
I have NVQ qualifications as Roof Slater and Tiler.
I have a certificate for Basic Lead Bossing and Welding.
I am an approved installer of RubberBond Fleeceback. I am a skilled roof slater and tiler and I am an approved installer of RubberBond Fleeceback (single ply flat roofing system).
I have sound experience of general construction and building work, having spent a great deal of time working alongside carpenters in the construction of dormer conversions.
I am registered with the Environment Agency ( reg. no. CB/ZE5854XN) to remove asbestos.
