Competent and pofessional job on Edwardian semi which required renovating externally, windows painting, masonry work, re-pointing etc. Also an old anderson shelter was converted and made secure. Overa\ll very pleased and would recommend

Overall really really pleased with quality of work. A few minor issues which is usual with a refurb, any additional costs were clear and fairly priced. I did think actual site managment and communication on my project did suffer due to hk's heavy workload on other higher value projects.(although being busy is a sign of a good builder!) but- any issues or delays were fairly compensated and dealt with or recifed prmoptly. so pleased with the quality of work i did ask them to come back and do some extra bits. Alex has excellent customer service and is always easy to contact and quick to respond and was very accomodating to my particular design /detailling requirements. The overall cost came in more or less to what was quoted and was excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.

We found Alex to be a honest and upfront tradesman. He completed the work on time and kept us informed of any minor delays due to changes we made to the project. He was always on time, clean and conscientious, the guys even cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day. The level of work carried out was of high standard and his prices were fair. His quotes were detailed so there were no hidden extras. I would definitely use him again and have already recommended him to two of my friends.

Alex did a lot of work at my house and I found him to be very, very good. The quote he gave me was what I paid in the end, his work was tidy, clean and considerate, the work was finished on time and to a high standard. Alex completely refurbished our 3-bedroom house - our kitchen, bathroom, re-wired, re-plumbed, decorating, landscaping - the whole works. I've already recommended Alex to some of my friends who have used him and been very satisfied as well.

Our original plumber/handy man let us down last minute and Alex came through with a quote and an eta very quickly as we wanted the work to be carried out within the following week or so. He was in contact with us every step of the way and everything we asked for was carried out with a professional and very friendly service from start to finish. We basically just put the trust in them, gave them our keys and let his team get on with it. Thanks Alex for a wonderful job - I would have absolutly no hesitation at all in recommeding Hennesy King Developments to our friends and family
