Work History

My experience in the building industry comes from working for large property developers, project managing the conversion of period buildings in to luxury flats. The wide range of reliable, trade skills needed in on order to acheive this has produced a team who can cover all aspects of property maintenance and re-furbishment - Alex Hennesy.

All our electrical work is undertaken by NICEIC accredited electricians.
All our Gas work is undertaken by Gas safe accredited engineers.
We carry Public Liability Insurance up to £5,000,000 and have special provision to work above 15 metres where necessary.
