Work History
We have been working in the same village for the past 3 years on a number of projects consisting of a five bedroom farmhouse renovation and refurbishment including a large stone extension to the same property(as shown in photos), small annex refurbishment, room conversion to wet room(as shown in photos) and we are just finishing a £25k extension and hand made wooden conservatory(as shown in photos) in the same village, we have also completed a number of small building repairs ranging from flat roofs to replacement doors. We have very good customer relations and references. We have an extensive portfolio of work and references available to view at the initial consultation or anytime after this.
Qualifications & Accreditations
FMB Registered Builder (You can check us or anyone else out who claims to be a member on "check a member fmb" unfortunetly some people say they are members when they are not, membership lasts for a year at a time and any member of the fmb including us will have a registration number and letters from the fmb as proof, however it is always wise to check with the fmb site or phone them directly.)
City and Guilds Carpentry/joinery.
Heritage Skills NVQ Level 3 - completing at the moment.
Part P Electrics 17th Edition electrician
NVQ Level 2 & 3 in plumbing (Gas safe)

We cover all aspects of construction, specialising in period houses, which include restoration and new build. All tradesmen are fully qualified and hold City and Guilds Carpentry/joinery, NVQ's level 2 & 3,Plumbers are Gas safe registered, Electricians are part P certified.We have covered a whole range of projects from whole house restorations and refurbishments, new build extensions, roofing, wet rooms & en-suites-supply and fit, kitchens-supply and fit, and smaller jobs such as door hanging services and general property maintenance. We have experience with building control and conservation regulations and planning authorities.
