Lech and his team did a fantastic job from beginning to end, starting with appropriate contract, invoicing and contact phone numbers. At the end of the works I received a finishing pack with correct documents - very profession. The team were skilled in their trade and communicative when necessary. The job went into overtime but not over budget. They under promised and over delivered. Not a matter of “would” I use them again but hopefully a case of “when”?!
Also this was the first time I've used this site thus, so hesitant how it would work for me, but while waiting for replies to my request I ended up using these first timers as well. This was due to them being only one of two teams who actually didn't try to scaremonger or overwhelm me with overpriced estimates, ads or issues to my request - and they replied promptly with a realistic quote, communications via email and finally on time, onsite visit. Thanks a lot, you make someone very happy. Keep up the good work!
