Gavin visited twice to discuss requirements carefully and to take and check measurements. He returned to undertake the work (bookshelves on either side of a window) at a mutually agreed time. He was very careful during the job and respectful of the flat and disruption to other residents. The result is superb, the shelves are strong, blend in well with the existing decor and ethos of the room, are pleasing on the eye and look as if they have always been part of the room! A 100% satisfied customer. Thank you Mr Shaw!

Gavin did a good job, took a little longer than anticipated, but a good job.

Gavin did a fantastic job putting book shelves up and revamping our pantry - not only did he do an excellent job, he also made useful suggestions regarding design. He was also kind enough to replace a broken floorboard. Gavin and his colleague Steve were polite, tidy and efficient. I have absolutely no complaints. I would most certainly recommend him!
