graceful homes completed a double sided extension and loft conversion on my home last year - it was a large job £ (87,000 and I was naturally very nervous about finding the company to complete it, a friend refered graceful and from the detailed appraisal and quote I recieved I was instantly put at ease and assured I'd made the right choice. The team did not let me Down, the build was completed on-time and to budget- I was kept regularly updated and the site was well maintained throughout. I have already recommended this company to many friends.

Graceful Homes did a two storey extension, consisting of a garage, utility room with down stairs toilet, and two bedrooms, I had to have two different angled roofs and it was not a problem to them at all they completed the work promptly, on budget and to a high standard, we are very pleased with the result I had three children and they worked around them, making sure the site was kept safe, clean and child friendly. I would highly recommend Graceful Homes and I would use them again.
