  graceful homes completed a double sided extension and loft conversion on my home last year - it was a large job £ (87,000 and I was naturally very nervous about finding the company to complete it, a friend refered graceful and from the detailed appraisal and quote I recieved I was instantly put at ease and assured I'd made the right choice. The team did not let me Down, the build was completed on-time and to budget- I was kept regularly updated and the site was well maintained throughout. Over the last 40 years I have undertaken a wide range of projects across both the private and commercial sectors. The business and or its subcontractors hold CSC cards, and are recognised CORGI, FMB, NiC, and Black Country Chambers of Commerece.

Commercial jobs have ranged upto multi-million pound opportunities for companies such as Whitbread and Banks.

Sample commercial project - (2010,Value £125k) - Building an internal office extension without closing the office operations. Job included buildling a new structure, full wiring, central heating and finishing. As primary contractor I was responsible for the winning, recruiting, project managing, and delivery of the project to time and budget.

Sample private project 1 - (2010, Value 55k) Garage+Utility+2 bed extension. The job required the extension of a private dwelling to provide a garage, utility and 2 bed extension. The project took approximately 16 weeks and involved the co-ordination of all the relelvant skills. I also worked with the client to help them find a good architect, help push through planning and then deliver the job. The project was finished to time and budget.

Sample private project 2 - (2010, Value 87k) two sided extension + loft conversion. The job came to me as a referral and I was involved form the outset providing guidance and input into the design and planning process as well as succesfully delivering the project. Numerous problems where encountered such as - footings had to be sunk to 7ft because of a tree which was positioned close to the extension, and we encountered problems with the drains. I was able to overcome the problems and by working closely with the client, helping them reduce various other costs across the job ensured that the project was completed to budget and time. The client was very happy with the work and has since referred me onto other work.

Masonry - Master mason with over 35 years experience, that experience covers new build to grade 2 listed buildings.

Carpentry - Master capenter with over 40 years experience - providing us with unrivaled experience of difficult roofing systems and enabling us to work on frames etc as needed keeping contractor costs to a minimum.

Plumber - our plumber has over 35 years in the industry and is always happy to work with clients to design the best heating systems to suit their needs.

Electrician - Our electrician has over 30 years experience within the feild and is upto date with the latest rules and regulations.
