I was very pleased with the work Alan completed. The job turned out to be more complicated than he expected and he was required to provide more materials, he did this all without raising the price and did the work to a very high standard.

Alan re-pointed the whole rear of our three storey house including the chimney stack. He did the roof, fitted new fascias and guttering and laid a drain in our back yard. The work was excellent and very reasonably priced. I would (and will) certainly use Alan again. Alan's strengths lie in his experience and skill. "The most difficult part of a job is pricing it", so a builder friend once told me. Alan's skills are not just in his hands.

Alan completed a full loft conversion for us. All work carried out with minimum disruption on time and within budget and to my complete satisfaction.
