  The only good thing about the completion of this job was the plumber that Gas 1 sent - Ross. They never returned calls or e-mails and at one point I thought they had gone into administration.

  gas 1's reply:

  We attended the job over three times and on the three times we attended the customer could not locate the mains stop cock.

  We then waited months for her to get back in contact after chasing the council up, to turn the water of in the street. we then attended straight away and got the job complete, and still only charged for 1 hour labour plus materials.

  You only have every one of our other feedback comment to see that this was not our fault
