Really happy with the work. The lock looks great and it's a relief to finally have it done. Steve was excellent at communicating at every step, and I would definitely use him again.

Steve is a real gent! He communicated with me really well over the Christmas and New Year period. On the day of my home move, he arrived earlier than planned and sent me a text to let me know to take my time and when I was ready he would fit the new cylinder in the lock. He fitted that cylinder in about 5 minutes! Steve is a professional, very polite, a great communicator and reasonably priced. What more can you ask for?! Following Steve’s visit I had an issue with my insurance policy and Steve spent ages sending me detailed information and answered lots of my questions on locks in general. His after service support was equally as brilliant. I could not recommend Steve enough! He’s a nice guy, professional and knowledgeable. Go hire him and don’t bother reading anyone else’s feedback. Written by a pedantic Londoner who usually always finds a fault with something!!

Steve came around to replaced a 5 lever mortice lock in our house. He was very polite, helpful and bang on time, even ringing us before to let us know he was on his way. He completed the job very quickly with no mess, I would definitely recommend Steve to others.

Steve is very professonal at his job and his work is thorough. He is very well spoken and gives good advise on what is the best way to get the work done. We wanted the locks changed at our property. Steve kindly agreed to do the job at short notice and drove all the way to Harrow from Essex on Christmas eve. I would definitely recommend Steve to my friends and family.
