Liam completed the job to a good standard and he and his team were friendly and polite. We were always kept informed during the build which helped us when decisions or alterations had to be made (all part of owning an old Victorian property). Overall we are happy with the both the internal and external finish of our extension.

Came on time completed kitchen fit,tiling & plastering in 5 day to a very high standard, would not hesitate to recommend. So pleased is now going to do our bathroom.

liam fitted the laminate floor in our living room quickly and neatly. it looks great and was done at an excellent price. definitely recommended!

The Work: The ceiling was a large kitchen/dining area which was in a terrible state, probably the original artex of at least 2 inches in places, and uneven. By the time Liam worked his magic, it was of the smoothest professional finish, and I am extremely happy with it. Liam was extremely punctual, and had already attended prior to starting to assess the job beforehand. He explained everything, and was extremely tidy. I couldnt believe that I went to work in the morning and I came back to a beautiful ceiling, no mess, no breakages, everything was exactly as I had left it. The Price: Liam provided me with an online estimate, which was exactly as charged. He offered the lowest quote, and when discussed with friends/family the feedback was that I was paying an extremely fair price for the work that needed doing. About Liam: He is as an extremely professional, reliable and friendly tradesman. He clearly takes pride in his work, and will only aim for perfection. As a lone woman it can be daunting choosing someone that you feel you can trust. I had no qualms whatsoever with Liam, he was entirely professional, and was extremely trustworthy. Liam even went out of his way to assist me with an unrelated issue and phoned me to provide me with the information. I would have no question in recommending Liam, in fact I will definitely be hiring him again for some other work I have.

Liam and his team provided a professional service. At every stage of the building work, they communicated progress and advised us of any changes before doing the work. They would always clear and clean up at the end of the day and always respected our needs and our home. The team were always polite and easy to deal with. The finished work is great, we're really pleased with the job. We would most certianly use their services again for any major home improvement work.

Liam and his team are very friendly and from the quote stage everything has been set out clearly. Liam has also been very patient in answering my many questions! Although put back due to the turn in weather, Liam kept in constant contact, informing me of when his team would be on site to complete the job. The driveway is now complete and looks great. Very pleased, job completed to very high standard. Nice guys turned up when they said they would, kept checking finer details to make sure we were happy all the way along. Left rooms every evening in a clean state so we could still use them as a family that night. Would definately use again. Thanks!!

to sum it all up, there was an old lady walking by the shop window when Liam was carrying out the plasterring, she then stopped to knock on the door to praise him and said she's never seen plastering done to such quality and high standard. so take it from someone who's obviously been around for a while and for me she's spot on. Great job!
