Job was not completed i paid and then they ignored me

Charlie / team have done a great job, quick and neat, and reasonable price quoted. Highly recommend. They turned up in the morning as agreed and finished the job to the satisfaction.

Excellent experience from start to finish thank you! Joan called quickly after my ad was posted and Charlie came round within the hour to take a look and give me a quote. Their price was very competitive, the estimate was emailed to me straight away and they were able to do it the following afternoon. I pointed out a couple of small saplings I'd like removed at the same time as cutting down the eucalyptus tree, and they were kind enough to include these in the quote. The next day Lee called ahead when he and his team were on the way and came earlier than expected, which worked well for me. Since the work was in the front garden they could get started before I even made it to the door and were done very quickly! The team were polite, friendly, tidy and efficient. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Rescheduled twice, then turned up without the necessary equipment to do the job despite already seeing it when quoted. Waste of time

They were quick and professional. Did an excellent job.
