From the outset the service Ben provided was excellent. Following an initial visit, review of the works and a free estimate Ben was very efficient in arranging an appointment to come and complete the required works. Throughout the whole process Ben remained friendly but professional, clearly explaining what he felt needed doing, why it needed doing, how it would be done and what we could expect on completion. The communication from beginning to end was exceptional. Furthermore all exploratory work including cuts into walls to place electrics etc were completely filled & refurbished neatly afterwards leaving minimal disruption. Overall we are absolutely delighted with the service Ben provided and we are very happy to recommend him.

Ben did a great job on our 4 bed house refurb, battled with suppliers for the LED dimmable downlighters that we wanted and got the job done. He was flexible and gave some great advice along the way. Would recommend.

Ben installed a front porch light for us and assessed a hallway light that had stopped working. He determined that it was the hallway light itself that was broken and, so, returned after the replacement light had been delivered to install it. Ben replied promptly the both times that we contacted him and arranged to conduct the work in short course, including working over the weekend and on a week day after normal working hours. At both visits, Ben was considerate, for instance, asking if it was acceptable to park on drive. He kept the work area tidy thoughout. Ben completed the job to budget and within the time at site quoted. Both lights are aesthetically installed and functioning well. We were very pleased with Ben's work ethic and the outcome of the job.

Prompt response from Ben and completed work as requested to spec, price and time. Was the only tradesman to give job estimate based on what I stated. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend.
