Very competitive price, great job - completed in two days.

I have an old mid-terrace house which needed 7x doors fitted to the wonkiest, uneven door frames you've ever seen, but despite that they did a great a job in cutting the doors to size and looking at them now you wouldn't know there was anything wrong with the frames. They contacted me a couple of times to confirm the date and time they were coming to do the job, something which you rarely get with a lot of tradesmen. The price was very cheap considering the quality of the work done and the amount of time it took to do the job. When the job was done they completely cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with the work done, will definately be asking them to do the doors in my next house.

I found E J Lewis on builder.com when looking for someone to build a wall and lay my patio. I was a bit apprehensive as I’d never used them before but couldn’t be happier with the result! The price was very good, they started when they promised and were incredibly tidy. But what pleased me the most is the quality of their work and the fact that they took the time to include things that were over and above what I’d asked for. For example rather than quickly building a breeze-block wall they built a fantastic natural stone one and took the trouble to finish it off in a way that enables me to put flower pots on top. The pride they take in their work is brilliant. I will definitely use them for any other work I need in the future and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone!

I was a bit dubious about using a tradesman off the Internet but how wrong was I. EJLewis done a fantastic job he was reliable, hard working, friendly, honest, and very fair with his price. I have never known such a clean builder in fact I think he left the house cleaner than it was when he started! If I need any other work in my house completed I wouldn't hesitate to contact EJLewis again. 10 out of 10!!

Really pleased with everything Ed has done, the job was a bit more than expected at the beginning as nothing is simple in an old property but he did everything that was agreed and more. I left him too it when i was on holiday so the dirty work had been done before i got home, all the problems he had he sorted out & explained why they had to be done. Great bloke, will do whatever you ask & tell you if its not possible so would definately recommend. Thanks Ed

Ed is a fantastic guy, very approachable and is always willing to offer help and advice. He has just completed erecting a stud wall for me and did a excellent job. Ed turned up on time as arranged and carried out a fulls day work. His rates are very reasonable and i would recommend Ed to anyone. I am so happy to have found a reliable,good working, honest tradesman that i have arranged with Ed to do more work for me.

He was absolutely brilliant, he's punctual and very clean after his work and everything was no problem. I'd really recommend him to anyone. He was good at suggesting solutions and ways of doing things and he was always very polite and professional. Nothing is too small for him, if you want something doing you can call him and he charges a very fair and good price. I've used him more than once and would continue using him.
