    Service gas appliance and issue CP12 certificate
    Refused to take calls to confirm appointment, caught him using a different number , unprofessional and rude.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    This Job was posted more than 2 months ago. Mr Kumar contacted me earlier in the week, and we arranged for the work to be carried out today (saturday) after 1pm. I said I would call after one to give an eta. I missed a couple of mobile calls because I was fitting a boiler and couldn't get to my phone. We had stopped for a cuppa and my phone rang. I answered it. It was Mr Kumar shouting at me, asking why I had ignored his mobile calls but answered his landline. He was extremely rude! I advised him that I wouldn't be able to remember his mobile number as I recieve countless calls, from very satisfied customers throughout the day and my answering his landline was coincidence. His negative feedback is pointless as I am no longer on my builder.

    Combi boiler

    Fred responded in good time, was friendly, knowledgable, serviced the boiler, found the problem then fixed the problem. Would use him again and recommend him to all.

    Gas Safety Certificate CP12 Required

    Fred was absolutely brilliant.I had to reschedule twice at short notice and each time he was very understanding.When he did carry out the inspection he was on time, very professional and thorough with helpful advice. Also a really nice and friendly man. I would recommend to anyone.

    Gas leak

    Mr Woolley responded very quickly to my enquiry and completed the job successfully. He was really friendly and a true professional. I needed the gas board to fix the meter and he dealt with them as well. Great person, I would totally recommend!

    Install Vaillant 160 digital timer, CO and smoke alarms
    Delighted and relieved to have found a tradesman as reliable, personable and competent as Fred. Well-priced too. Would definitely use him again.

    No hot water without central heating on

    Fred was cheerful, friendly and efficient. He quickly identified the problem with our heating system and explained the fault simply and clearly, draining the system and replacing the faulty component with the minimum of disruption. Afterwards I asked him to look at a "problem" we had with our shower and he was kind enough not to laugh too much when he found that an electrical switch in the airing cupboard had accidentally been turned off.... I would certainly recommend him to others.

    dissconnecting gas cooker connecting gas hob
    Nothing but good things to say. Fred is a nice friendly guy. I needed a gas pipe looking at and maybe need moving as an extra on top of the gas hob work. He could have quite easily moved it costing me extra cash. But he didnt he managed to solve my issue without moving the pipe and saving me money for materials and labour. He was very understanding when the time frame originally stated didn't work out. I will be recommending him to everone. Great guy, service and prices.
