Not great job, Mario seemed quite good and was keen to sort out any faults. However his English is not great and most messages passed through arek who is not interested once he has your money. Accidently drilled through wall into another room and grout is all coming out of tiles. Spacing not even.

It was a pleasure to have mario work with us in our home. He arrived exactly when he said he would, explained everything he was doing as he did it. The best quote i got so far. Tiles look so clean and tidy!!! I love the finish of them. Mario was fast and efficient. He also came back the next day to do some additional work that we needed done. I would highly recommend him. Great service!! The work was done super fast which was really important to me because of the type of job I have. I needed to get the old damaged skirting and facing off and instal new ones. Mario bought materials for his own money and then transported them to my flat. All the invoices were provided. I was surprised with high quality of the finish. Highly recommended to everyone, hopefully will have a chance to work together again.

Mario and Arek were very punctual, also the price i was given by them was very good. Work itself was done very fast with a high quality which shows that they knew what they were doing. I'm extremely delighted with the work they done.  I recommend them to anybody who is looking for trustful and good service.

I'm very happy and satisfacted with the work that have been done by dfive service . Time and the length of the project was very important to me, i wanted to have everything done in 1day. I didnt have to worry about anything because guys were very proffessional. They bought and delivered materials themselves. Their work was clean and fast. They also did some extra work that wasn't expected. Removed old celling and fixed whole wooden construction, placed new boards and installed the downlights that were need. I'm really impressed with the final result. I'd definitely recommend them to other and I will use their service in the future. Matthew.

Arek (AK Domestic and Commercial Services) and Mario need to stick to the small jobs they know how to do, and not take on big jobs they don’t. I was assured this flat refurbishment would be carried out from start to finish, which sounded great as I did not live in the area. It was expected to be complete in 3-4 months. We spoke regularly, I had people inspect, they were enthusiastic, and it all seemed to be going well. However 3/4 months in they became slow and neglected the job, spending little time on site. There was only 2 weeks worth of work left after they had completed demolishment, plastering, flooring, and fitting work, to a good standard. They told me numerous times it would be complete in a week or 2s time, but it never happened. This went on until mid-March (4 months over), when I had to visit and remove them from the job. On inspection it was clear they didn’t have the ability to complete. Finishing joinery had an unacceptable number of mistakes and it looked like they had tried to learn on the job. What’s worse is the lack of honesty now. They were paid £1300 for items that have not been supplied, and are not answering phones/texts/emails. I was fair and patient with them - every invoice was paid on time same or next day without question, despite the cost continuously increasing. Overall they showed a lack of experience in planning and quoting. I am out of pocket, and there is a 50+ point list to put it right. All I expected was some honesty.

Mario and Arec started on the agreed date, and did a first class job. Everything, from the estimate to the finished work was discussed with us, and we were kept informed of any changes/modifications that were required. They were polite, tidy and a pleasure to have in the house. definitely recommend these guys.

Mario and Arec's work was excellent. They moved the wall lights and repaired and painted water damaged walls and ceilings and also fitted a new exterior door and lock. My computer trolley needed new wheels and they were happy to do this too! They saved me having to totally redecorate which would have meant much more expense. Mario and Arec are very polite, trustworthy and have a lovely disposition. I hope to have them back to do more work.

I hired Arec and Mario to do my bathroom. Remove old tiles, replace plasterboard, retile 2 walls, and errect a shower screen. I found them very efficent, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I am delighted with the results in my bathroom and would definitely hire them again for any future work that needed done.

Hired Mario and Arec for this job. We agreed, because the walls were in such bad condition that we would re-plasterboard the walls. They explained everything to me and were polite and professional. They finished the room and painted the ceiling and walls, leaving the room looking like brand new. I also then hired them to do the same for my bedroom towards the end of the lounge, as they had done such a good job. The same can be said for the bedroom and they finished to a high standard. I am pleased with my rooms and would reccommend Arec and Mario to anyone. I will use them in the future
