Work History
Past projects included work within the residential and commercial industries, (care homes, hotels and H.M.O).working to all current building regulations with a fully structured workforce from all aspects of the trade.
Our past projects have involved hotels, care homes, HMOs, student flats, conversions, roofing jobs (Slating and flat roofs), extensions to building etc.
We have found that Loft and garage convertions require the need for build and design so the client have there input and best is made out of the space as lofts have a lot of design.
With the help of building regulations there is normally no need for planning.
Replacement of roofs, will always be done with full building regs our fully qualified roofers work to all curent standards, All works come with a 10 year garantee and a pass from building regs so if you go to sell your house it gives pease of mind to your buyer that the works have been done to all current standards.
