AVOID THIS MAN We have been left with an unfinished kitchen and out of pocket thanks to Mr Farr. Despite a positive start, he vanished once it got a bit complicated (and expensive for him to keep fixing his mistakes!). No response to phone calls or emails for a month now so I've had to find someone to finish someone else's job - never a good situation for anyone.

Job completed to a good standard. Dave and Sean were nice guys and always on time. Keep them supplied with cake and they will jump through hoops to do what you require ! Thanks guys

Review of David Farr Willow Kitchens. Please avoid this tradesman at all costs. We hired David Farr at Willow Kitchens to fit a new kitchen for us. He failed to complete the job quitting before the project was completed. Other problems included: Damaging beyond repair worktops, splashbacks, kitchen units and other materials. Taking two months to fail to complete a two week job. Being unable to level the floor prior to fitting even though he said he could do this, we had to hire in another workman to do it. Creating mess, damage and problems at every stage of the project. Four other Kitchen fitters we have brought in to quote to finish the job have all recommended ripping out all his work and starting again from scratch, it is that bad. We are thousands of pounds out of pocket as a result of Willow Kitchens. David Farr looks and talks like a kitchen fitter but his level of skill is abysmal. I am sure he will write a clever reply to this review explaining how none of it was his fault. Deflecting blame to others seems to be his main skill, it's certainly not carpentry. Please before giving any tradesman money get his full name and address and use the trust online website to check their credit history. I am at a loss as to understand how he has gotten positive feedback on this website from other users. Hope this review helps somebody else avoid the grief we now face in paying for our second new kitchen this year.

Dave was hired to supply and fit our kitchen worktops. He did a fantastic job, and was a pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond, helping me source things, and helping out with many things he was not being paid for. Super guy, super job, definitely recommended! Thanks Dave!

Dave dealt with my wife who is an interior designer, and she has been really pleased with the quality of his work, and the manner in which he has done it. He's left our house tidy and for a really good price too. I'd highly recommend Dave.

Willow Carpentry was hired to fit our new kitchen, the finished results included poorly fitted worktops, poorly fitted doors. Whilst fitting the kitchen they damaged the walls in several location which were newly plaster (no attempt was made to correct this and the reaction of causing the damage demonstrated no pride in there workmanship or customer service) Although there were a number of snags left and these were highlighted David although promising did not return to complete or rectify. I would not recommend these to anyone and feel that the quality delivered was below par for anyone calling themselves professional.
